Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At H. Lively Artisan Home, we take design and craftsmanship very seriously and want you to love these pieces as much as we do! Since each item is custom made, we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Finished items are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages can happen, so we ask that you inspect your pieces upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 48 hours so we can be of assistance.

When can I expect my order to ship?

All items are made to order and require a 2-3 week lead time. For orders of 5 or more, please allow an additional 7-10 days.

Do you accept custom requests?

We do accept custom pillow cover sizing and color requests for our trade partners. Please email trade@hlively.com for more info.

Do you offer a trade discount?

How do I best care for my item?

To care for your item, we recommend gentle spot cleaning with warm soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasives as this may cause discoloration. Steam iron as needed.

FABRIC USEs

Draperies: We recommend that drapery panels be made with a 6” hem. This allows for adjustments to be made as a result of any stretching or shrinkage that may occur over time due to humidity levels or thermostat settings.

Upholstery: We recommend only using our fabrics on furniture pieces that are lightly used. This may include headboards, bed skirts, ottomans, benches, chair backs and lamp shades. If you plan to use our fabric on more heavily used furniture pieces, backing and/or pre-treating our textiles prior to fabrication is highly recommended.

Due to the nature of the digital printing process, slight color variances may occur in orders printed on different dates and from memo samples.
